The Hammered Gold Collection.
The Hammered Gold Collection is the first published body of work under the Silux London name. Each piece is made in 18ct yellow gold, by hand, in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. The design language is fixed: a hammered band, an elevated prong setting, a single coloured stone chosen for depth and character rather than perfection on a grading chart. The collection is small by design. Every piece is a commission. Nothing is held in stock.
The defining mark of the Hammered Gold Collection is the band. Formed in 18ct yellow gold and worked by hand, each band carries the record of its own making: a surface of struck facets, no two identical, that catch light differently at every angle. This is the Silux signature.
Above the band, a single coloured stone sits in an elevated prong setting. The stone is chosen for colour saturation and character, not for technical perfection. Sapphire in deep ocean blue. Ruby in vivid warm red. Colombian emerald in forest green. Persian turquoise in the opaque, veined blue-green specific to Khorasan.
The collection will grow slowly. Each new piece will answer a specific commission, then be offered to others who recognise themselves in it.
Sepehr Ring
Blue sapphire, cushion-cut, set in a four-prong elevated crown above a fully hammered 18ct yellow gold band. The sapphire is chosen for depth of colour: ocean in the stone rather than sky. The hammered surface runs the full circumference of the band, interrupted only at the setting.
Ruby Oval Ring
Oval-cut ruby in vivid, warm red, held clear of the band in an elevated prong setting. The hammered oval band is formed in 18ct yellow gold, continuous from shank to crown with no visible joins. The ruby sits above the surface rather than flush with it, giving the stone room to speak.
Emerald Pear Ring
Pear-cut Colombian emerald in deep forest green, selected for colour density over clarity. The hammered 18ct yellow gold band tapers toward the shoulder and widens beneath the stone, balancing the pear shape without forcing symmetry. A piece that rewards close attention.

Further pieces are in development. If you have a stone, a colour, or a feeling in mind that is not represented here, the commission process is the right place to begin. We will build the piece around your brief.
